Content of messages via forms or e-mail
Any Microsoft 365-related context you voluntarily share (e.g., tenant size, licenses)

Pages visited and click behavior
Date and time of visit
This data is anonymized whenever possible and used only for statistical and security purposes.
3. Why do we process your data?
Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
Contacting us in response to an inquiry
Deliver quotes, audits and Microsoft 365 advice
Performance of contractual IT services.
Customer management and follow-up
Sending service- or information-oriented communications
Improving our website and services
Legal obligations (accounting, auditing, security)
We do not process personal data for profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Legal basis for processing.
Processing is done on one or more of the following legal grounds:

The performance of an agreement

Our legitimate interest as an IT service provider (e.g., security, support, quality improvement)
5. With whom do we share your data?
Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as strictly necessary for our services.
Possible processors:
Hosting and cloud providers (within the EU or with GDPR-compliant safeguards)
Microsoft (as part of Microsoft 365 services)
Bookkeeper or auditor (legal requirement)
Processor agreements are in place with all processors in accordance with GDPR.
6. Transfer outside the EU
If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area (e.g. Microsoft data centers), this is done exclusively:
within GDPR-compliant frameworks
With appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
7. How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary:
Contact and prospect data: max. 2 years without further interaction
Customer data: as long as the contractual relationship runs + legal retention periods
Billing data: at least 7 years (legal requirement)
Upon completion, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. How do we secure your data?
As a Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity specialist, we take security seriously.
We are taking the following measures, among others:
Secure hosting and encryption
Access management and least-privilege principles
MFA where possible
Logging and monitoring
Regular updates and security checks
Absolute safety does not exist, but we do everything that can reasonably be expected.
9. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to:
Viewing your personal data
Have your information corrected
Have your information deleted
Limit the processing
Object to processing
Transferring your data (data portability).
Withdraw your consent at any time
